JM’s Almond Hummus:
2 cups of water-soaked almonds (strained after 8 hours of soaking)
6 sun-dried tomatoes
1 peeled clove of garlic
2-3 tablespoons of tahini (preferably black, unhulled tahini)
3-4 tablespoons of olive oil
1 sprig of basil
1 sprig of thyme
1 sprig of oregano
1 pinch of sea salt
