I really enjoy Len's banter with Peter and it's also nice to hear someone else interview him as well. Andrew Cohen is all about picking Peter's brain in a challenging and meticulous manner in all things related to enlightenment and longevity. The 6 parts add up to about 65 minutes and I enjoyed each one immensely. This is the 4th or 5th Ragnar interview I have listened to in the last 3 days and I really enjoy and appreciate him for his message, mainly, "slow down, relax, you have plenty of time. Slow down, relax." Two eternal thumbs up.

I loved this audio. About a year ago, when I first started listening to Peter I was a bit put off. I have a pretty cynical side to my personality and while I believed the things he was saying, I also thought he was kind of a dork with a weird outdated sense of humor. Now, I can't get enough of the guy and I find myself laughing out loud at most of his silly jokes. I feel awesome just listening to him talk.
This interview is much more free form than some of the other Ragnar/Foley audios and I really enjoy the banter that Len and Peter have going with each other.

I really, really enjoyed listening to this powerful 85 minute recording. Peter goes into detail into these 20 things:
Be Happy, relax
practice conscious awareness
slowwww down
go to bed early, get up late
magnetic mattress pad
avoid air pollution - get an air ionizer
drink distilled water (or highest quality water possible)
get as many massage and reflexology sessions as possible
practice yoga, tai chi or chi gong
physical exercise 5-10 hours/week
sunbathe
3 cloves of garlic/day minimum
eat more wild, organic food
3-4 oz sea veggies/week (minimum!)
drink 2 glasses of dry, red wine/day (this was funny - ragnar has had at least 1 glass of red wine every day for the last 50 years! He reveals some very interesting statistics as well as ways to get the benefits of red wine without alcohol)
invest in a far infrared sauna
get a pet... or 5!
monitor hormone levels
live a 100% debt free life
enjoy a healthy sex life
