 Papaya Fruit Salad
  • 1 Papaya                                                                     
  • ½ Avocado                                                     
  • 6 Fresh figs                                          
  • 2 Nectarines                                                                
  • ½ tablespoon cinnamon                                                         
  • 1 lemon for lemon juice                                                      
  • 1 tablespoon raw honey                                           

 
Chop all ingredients, mix and serve.

Eating this fruit salad is a great way to begin the morning if you do well with carbohydrates and fats.
