I am sure that many of you drink smoothies. What are you drinking? What are your favorite combinations.
Here is mine that I have been doing every morning for the last 5 weeks.
Amounts depend on what I feel like.
_base_: Black Sesame Mylk (soak seeds overnight)
Blend in:
Hemp Protein
Cacao
Bee Pollen (local)
Goji Berries (soaked with water)
Dark Agave
Aloe Vera (whole leaf)
Carob Powder
Manuka Honey (NZ)
Chlorella (or other green superfood)
Yacon Slices in Elderberry Juice (soaked overnight)
Maca Powder
Mesquite Powder
Trinity or Figi Spring Water
Premier Research B Vitamins (this really homogonizes the recipe)
Cacao Butter
Coconut Oil
Hemp Oil
Himalayan Salt
