Blend until smooth:

1 cup of the best water you can get/create (I'm really digging Penta with Crystal Energy added; spinning it is even better)5 celery stalks (chopBped)
good sized handful of dulse (ripped up)
2 TBS ground flax seeds
1 TBS coconut oil
1/3-1/2 jar of Rejuvenative Foods' Kim Chi of choice; the Garden Kim Chi works great (or even better, homemade!)
2 tsp Lecithin (or a little more)

As is, this will be a tasty, light, but soothing meal. To make it more hearty, creamy and filling add:

13-26 cashews (with skins...hey, I happen to like multiples of 13 :wink: ) or your nut/seed of choice (pumpkin seeds or mac nuts would probably work great)

For an excellent mineral boost, that doesn't take away from the taste, add a TBS of Greener Grasses or green superfood of choice.
