this is the best tasting food I have ever eaten
I like to use two baby cocnut pulps and around one baby coconuts water.
I blend these with mesquitte powder and a pinch of ocean salt and then stir in manually to minimize splattering superfoods- reishi, cordyceps, spirulina, cinnamon and maca.
In a coffee bean grinder I grind up a bunch of cacao and goji berries to a powder and stir those in too. Finally I smoosh around a helping of coconut oil into the mix.
The resulting pudding is amazing. I use no bulk sugar fillers like bananas either as it needs nothing!
One variation that is also delicious is adding in nuts and seeds. Sometimes I will run soaked almonds and sunflower seeds through my jucier then stir those in too, but I find the pudding does not need that except maybe as abreakfast treat or possible dehydrated super food bars.
There are probably many similar recipes but mine is simple and effective full of super nutrition!
I would add more stuff to it such as bee pollen but I don't have an affordable source ATM. ;)
