gypsi323I was hungry for something good..sweet and healthy the other day.. Went to the cabinet and started throwing things together...here is what I came up with.. You can name it what you please...
1/2 cups Flax seed-ground
1 Cup Walnuts soaked and ground
6 Dates pitted
1/4 cup ground Cacao nibs
4 TBs Carob powder
1 very ripe banana
1 spoon coconut oil
Combine all ingredients in food processor
Once combined add a touch of Avage and nutmeg, cinnamon --optional
Blend again... On a plastic sheet for dehydrator spread thin _layer_ to cover sheet
Dehydrate at 105 for 7 hours, slice and turn and dehydrate again for another 7 hours.
I did this over night and after I turned I went to work.. so they were ready when I got home.
Made a sweet cracker of sorts..kind of chewy tho also... these are now my snack for work and they are raw...whoooo hoooo!
