for those times when it's 2am, you're wide awake and have the munchies, but don't want to eat a meal, or any other time when you want something quick and perfectly delicious, try this:
- 1 sweet apple
- handful of cashews
- cinnamon powder
cut the apple into slices, and sprinkle cinnamon on each slice. eat the apple slices with the cashews. YUM!!!!
reminds me of the creamy apple-cinnamon oatmeal days of my innocent youth (before the oatmeal started gluing me up and giving me chronic constipation..heehee). this is way better. apples and cinnamon were made for each other... cinnamon is like a magic powder, how it completely evens out blood sugar!
that was just what i needed....
