chocotrixieThis is one of the fruity cacao superfood drinks I've been making lately. It is delicious and makes an incredibly satiating and energy-boosting meal on its own!
- 14 oz. (1-3/4 cups) water
- 2 TBS ground flax seeds (grind in coffee grinder)
- 1 heaping TBS
Spirulina- 1 heaping TBS
Pure Synergy- 3 TBS
Goji berries- 14
truly raw cashews- 1 heaping TBS raw
cacao nibs- 2 TBS raw
carob powder- 1 TBS
tocotrienols- 1/4 tsp
vanilla powder- pinch
Himalayan salt- 1 TBS
coconut oil- 1 TBS
dark agave syrup- 3 oz. organic frozen raspberries
Blend into a creamy, delicious beverage! I also add my tonic herbs into the mix, and the bitter/earthy taste of the herbs is actually part of the flavor/energetic balance. My favorite herbs/herbal formulas at the moment include
Ho Shou Wu,
Super Lady Maku, and
Agaricus, among others.
All my personal cacao drinks are dark green, by the way ;) Having the greens and herbs with my sweet stuff makes it more of a complete meal :)
