I was trying to make a low sugar cacao smoothie that isn't too expensive and has ingredients I can buy locally.
I think I am getting closer to my target.
Here is what I have been using:
2 TBS flax seeds
1 TBS coconut butter
2 TBS cacao nibs
1.5 TBS mesquite meal
2 tsp poppyseeds
1/4 tsp cayenne
1/2 tsp real salt
2 drops of SweetLeaf Stevia-- I like the Chocolate Raspberry-- This stevia also muscle tests well, unlike many of the other ones I have tested
This drink is a powerhouse!
I have also experimented with sprouted oat groats, goji berries, aloe juice, reishi, silica tea _base_.
This is a great recipe for success (my girlfriend wrote that, cause she wanted me to sound cheesy). I'm sure it would be even better when I get some yacon root syrup, but I'll wait until I get some.
