By:
sticks2 Cups pure Water (or warm herbal tea for "hot chocolate")
2 Tbs ground Cacao
2 Tbs ground Flax (sometimes I substitute poppy seeds...hemp seeds would probably work too, but it makes for a less soothing drink)
4 Tbs Mesquite Powder (you can substitute 1 Tbs of Mesquite for 1Tbs of Non-GMO Lecithin...Carob works well too)
1 Tbs Coconut Oil
1 Tbs Dark Agave (or 1-2 Tbs Yacon Syrup)
1/4 tsp Cinnamon powder (optional, but cozy)
1/4 tsp Blue Manna
Premier Pink Salt to taste
blend and drink with Gratitude. :D
