10 oz Silica Tea (Horsetail/Oatstraw/Nettle) or pure Water
1/2 Large Aloe Leaf (gel from)
1-2 Tbs Dark Agave (Substitute Yacon Syrup for a Phase 1.5 recipe)
1 Tbs Coconut Oil
3-4 Tbs Carob Powder and/or Mesquite Meal
3-4 Tbs Ground Flax Seeds (I use a coffee grinder...sometimes I mix sesame w/flax instead of all flax)
1-3 Tbs Ground Cacao Nibs (I grind them with the flax...makes a great smelling powder)
2 Brazil Nuts (optional...won't change flavor but good for the Selenium)
2-3 Tbs
Greener Grasses (optional)
1 Tbs Spirulina
1 Tbs Tocotrienols
1/4 tsp Himalayan Salt (or just a pinch)
1/4 tsp Cinnamon Powder (optional)
1-3 tsp Bee Pollen (optional, but of course everything else is too)
1/4 tsp Blue Manna (optional...for that special something)
1/4 tsp Amarillo Chili Powder (optional)
1/2 tsp Cacao Butter (optional)
Blend and Enjoy! If you're like me, you'll probably make a second. :wink: (Hint...the order in which you add these things into the blender DOES matter because otherwise it might foam up or get too thick and then you'll have to water it down with more liquid)
