1 Bunch of Dino Kale, Escarole or Dandelion
1/8 Onion (I like red or yellow)

HEAP in your favorite Super Green Powder (Greener Grasses, Spirulina, Vitamineral Green and Nature's First Food are favorites of ours) and Chili Powder (I use amarillo or panca), shake or stir, and enjoy...this juice is very electrical and anti-inflammatory...
We vary it quite a bit with other things like radishes, parsley, celery root, cauliflower, romanesco, burdock...or whatever is good at the store, but the above recipe makes a good _base_. Why bother eating salad when you can drink it? :wink:
