This is tasty way to consume Aloe Vera without adding anything sweet: It tastes a lot like Chili, actually.
6 oz Herbal Tea (Oatstraw/Nettle/Horsetail works well)
1 medium Cucumber (skinned and chopped)
2 Tbs Coconut Oil (or 1 Tbs Coconut Oil and 2 Brazil Nuts)
2 Tbs Ground Flax Seeds
2 Tbs Ground Pumpkin or Sunflower Seeds
1/2 Large Aloe Leaf (the gel from)
4 Tbs Vitamineral Green (or whatever your favorite green powder is)
3/4 tsp Himalayan Salt
1 ripe Serrano Pepper (seeded and chopped)
3/4 lemon (the juice of)
1/2 tsp Blue Manna (for that special something)
1 Tbs Tocotrienols
Ground Cumin to taste (optional...not that everything else isn't, except Aloe :shock: )
Blend all of the above, eat as a soup or pour over diced Cauliflower for more of a Chili like dish (or just drink it straight out of the blender like I do :wink: ).
