1. Click on your picture (on the right hand side of the home page)

2. Under the Menu button, click on "Edit" and then "Update Your Profile"

3. Click on "Banner"

4. Browse your hard drive for a banner or photograph.  Add a link (optional) and some text (optional).

5. Scroll down, hit "Update" and that's it!
