Dear David: What is the easiest way to lose weight especially the midsection. I have a good amount of cellulite and it's extremely difficult to get rid of. I'm not much of an exercise person, my metablism seems to be very slow.
Dave: The number one way to lose weight or detoxify your body is that more is coming out than is going in. So what we want to do is we want to make sure that we’re eating foods that act as laxatives on us, flushing us out, more is going out than is going in and we also want to eat food, we want to get on more on a superfood approach. So that we’re eating stuff that’s essentially that has no calories but is supernutrition. That’s kind of that whole daoist approach of herbs. It’s like that food doesn’t have any calories in it, I mean reishi mushroom tea, there are no calories but it’s all nutrition. It’s 100% nutrition, no calories. That idea is also the idea behind vegetable juice. You know, you get on celery juice, there’s no calories there but it’s all nutrition.
