Dear David: Is that fungus toe related with candida, or not actually related?
Dave: That’s a great question. For; you know over all the years I always heard oh it’s candida, you know if you get fungus in your toe or your nail it’s candida or something like this. I don’t particularly buy that, I don’t buy it because I know I don’t have candida and I got fungus in my toe because I smashed it up and it got infected and something got in there, you know what I mean? So I don’t totally buy that, I think in some cases it is true, in some cases it’s true, or if someone has candida, they become susceptible.
BDE Member: Oh yeah because I did do the candida cleanse before and I am pretty sure I don’t really have serious candida and okay so the pau d’arco and DMSO is the best thing?
DW: It’s the best thing. I mentioned earlier about hydrogen peroxide and DMSO. You don’t want to use that on your feet and the reason is is because your feet have a very high ability to produce dead skin layers. What will happen is you could actually get, if you use hydrogen peroxide, your feet will start to react by producing more and more skin which allows the fungus to hide deeper and deeper and deeper. So you can’t actually use hydrogen peroxide in this case, you have to use pau d’arco extract.
BDE Member: Do you only take one month to wipe the feet?
DW: Yeah, okay let’s talk about application. You want to do it twice a day when your foot is clean. So in the morning when you get out of the shower you would do all those things, you add the pau d’arco, the DMSO. Let it all dry and soak in, it takes about ten minutes and then go on with your day and then at the end of the day you’d do that and in one month you should see some significant improvement. It took me one month to heal my toe. Some people have had it longer so it’s going to take a little longer but it will work, it will eventually take it out.
