Garlic Sesame Noodles w/'Fried' bananas

Ingredients:
  • golden beets
  • bean sprouts
  • napa cabbage
  • red pepper
  • cucumber
  • celery (the thin chinese celery is great in this)
  • mint
  • nama shoyu
  • sesame seeds (hemp seeds work too)
  • garlic
  • agave or maple syrup
  • red chili pepper
  • sesame oil
  • bananas

For the noodles:

Spiral the golden beets in a saladaccio

Mix in with the noodles:
  • Shredded napa cabbage
  • bean sprouts
  • chopped red pepper, cucumber, celery, mint
  • (I keep a tub of this mix on hand at all times for wraps & salads etc)
Sauce:
  • equal parts nama shoyu & agave or maple syrup
  • pinch of grated garlic
  • sprinkle of sesame seeds
  • shredded red chili pepper
  • dash of sesame oil
'Fried' bananas:

peel & slice banana in half horizontally & verticly to make 4 quarters. Marinate in shallow dish with a little nama shoyu then place in dehydrator until they soften and look cooked.
