French Onion Soup

Add a few tbsp of cruncy onions to a bowl of hot (well really warm anyway!) water.
Add a dash of olive oil and a little herbemere seasoning.
Add a grated clove of garlic.
Stir and let sit a few minutes.
To make crunchy onions (I keep them on hand for salad toppings
& in wraps etc!) just thin slice a bunch of sweet onions and
marinate them in nama shoyu & water for 15 minutes or so then
dry in the dehydrator till crispy.
