Cashew Crunch Bars - 10 minute recipe!

Prep Time: 10 swift minutes

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup raw cashews (not soaked)
  • 1 TBS minced fresh ginger
  • 2 TBS sesame seeds
  • 1 cup rasins
  • 2 TBS raw agave nectar or raw honey


Directions:

1 - Process all ingredients except for the agave nectar until fairly fine, but still with some texture (you don't want it to have the consistency of cashew butter).

2 - Add agave nectar or honey and process just long enough for it to blend.

3 - Press into a dish or on a plate about 3/4-inch thick and refrigerate for about an hour or more.

4 - Cut into squares or any shape that makes you have the BEST cashew crunch bars EVER!
