Two More Chia Recipes

Here's a couple of my fave recipes using chia. For all the chia champions....
Chia Jaffa Smoothie
Preparation:
Soak a quarter of a cup of chia seeds in the juice of two oranges and
leave overnight (or soak in the morning, and enjoy this for dinner)
Ingredients:

1 x young coconut (water and flesh)

Chia blend (see preparation)

1 x scant dessertspoon cacao powder

1 x scant dessertspoon honey
Method:
All ingredients into the blender.
Whiz whiz.
It is as smooth as velvet, and totally scrumptious.
Strawberry Chia Sorbet
Soak 1 tablespoon of chia in the juice of one or two oranges (overnight).
Pop the soaked chia mix into a blender and add 6 large frozen
strawberries (double the quantity if the strawbs are small), and add
the juice of another orange.
Whizz whizz.
You end up with a strawberry chia sorbet.
