The Super Simple Super Food Chili Smoothie

This has been my staple lately with one secret ingredient that really brings it all together. (BS = Big Scoop, or heaping Tbls)

1. Fill blender half full of your favorite nut mylke
2. BS cacao powder
3. BS maca
4. BS mesquite meal
5. BS bee pollen
6. BS tocotrienols
7. BS Coconut oil
8. BS hemp seeds
9. BS chia seeds
10. BS MRH Chili Powder Blend
11. sweeten to taste (I have been using a mixture of cinnamon stevia & agave)
12. then add a buttload of ice


**sometimes I'll toss in a little camu camu, but I have noticed that if I put in too much.... ick

**the chili powder really is the secret ingredient here. One time I made this and forgot to put it in and it tasted, well, sort of bland (I'm trying to keep my sugars medium-low). Then I remembered, added the chili and I was like, "Woo hoo!"
