Great to see the new podcasts! Good idea!
I value your knowledge! I hope you can help with some input…
Kidney Stone Urgency
I have 2 large kidney stones (they suspect they are calcium oxalate stones, 9mm and 10mm)…how can I dissolve them naturally and avoid getting them in the future? I don’t want to break them down or try to flush them out at this size, it would be quite painful. My desire is to discover how to dissolve them.
Also, the Dr. has suggested a low oxalate diet (yuck!) and I don’t want to discontinue eating raw cacao. Is raw cacao as high in oxalate as processed chocolate?
Thank you for your help…
Stacy
Kia ora David,
These are awesome little snippets to listen to while I’m working. Love it. Keep on keeping on.
i was thrilled to read your announcement of this new free website. Not so thrilled after listening to the first best day ever. The anti inflammatory list of foods is enough to turn one away. How do I availa myself of mangostern (sp). Celery is an easy fix but the message was unclear as to whether you advised berries or what was the last food you mentioned. all in all with only five or six food from which to choose as definetely anti inflammatory how do we survive without starving or becoming mal nurtured. I am really bewildered!

That’s right . . .keep on keeping on . . . spreading knowledge in a kind and humble way!!!
Stacey, an answer to you!
I once knew a guy who got rid of his kidney stones with a combination of essentials oils he took internally (in an empty gel cap)
You could try to find a naturopath that knows a good formula for this.
I recommend cucumbers and mints! Stay cool!
David, this is wonderful. So wonderful that I posted a brief article at my blog, called “the Relationship of Raw Foods and Inflammation” http://joyfulchoices.com/2010/02/relationship-of-raw-foods-and-inflammation
As I said in my article, I appreciate that you share so much information in such a short time. I hope a lot of my blog readers will want to invest 3 minutes to listen directly.
Thanks,
Joy
I LOVE this info. & am going to put it to use right away!!! THANKS!
HI DAVID, THIS IS THE FIRST TIME I AM LISTENING TO YOU, EVEN THOUGH I HAVE A FOLDER WITH SOME OF YOUR EMAILS. THIS ONE IS JUST GREAT. I LIVE IN TRINIDAD, WHERE I HAVE USED NONI (FERMENTED) VERY OFTEN IN THE PAST, NOT KNOWING EXACTLY WHAT IT IS USEFUL FOR EXCEPT THAT IT IS GOOD FOR EVERYTHING. IT IS ACTUALLY SOLD IN OUR LOCAL FRUIT/VEGETABLE MARKETS. WE HAVE THOSE TREES HERE AND I WILL START USING THE FRESH FRUIT IN FUTURE. I HAVE KNOWN OF ALOES BUT HAVE NOT USED IT AS MUCH AS I HAVE NONI.
KEEP UP THIS GOOD WORK. YOU WILL BE BLESSED FOR IT. PEACE AND LOVE.
top man whole podcast was a great help.thank you
Stacey, keep up the magnesium. When magnesium is in short supply the calcium can’t be utilized properly and causes calcium build up in the soft tissues. Don’t be surprised if you notice minor arthritis and other calcium build up in your body. Magnesium is the glue and calcium is the bricks. Horsetail is high in silica and will erode the calcium stone but best if you go to a Naturopath and have it carefully administered as it can chip away too quickly if given too large a dose too quickly. Goodluck
Chanca piedra tea — 8 cups a day — is what I am doing to help dissolve stones.
