Stacey, keep up the magnesium. When magnesium is in short supply the calcium can't be utilized properly and causes calcium build up in the soft tissues. Don't be surprised if you notice minor arthritis and other calcium build up in your body. Magnesium is the glue and calcium is the bricks. Horsetail is high in silica and will erode the calcium stone but best if you go to a Naturopath and have it carefully administered as it can chip away too quickly if given too large a dose too quickly. Goodluck

HI DAVID, THIS IS THE FIRST TIME I AM LISTENING TO YOU, EVEN THOUGH I HAVE A FOLDER WITH SOME OF YOUR EMAILS. THIS ONE IS JUST GREAT. I LIVE IN TRINIDAD, WHERE I HAVE USED NONI (FERMENTED) VERY OFTEN IN THE PAST, NOT KNOWING EXACTLY WHAT IT IS USEFUL FOR EXCEPT THAT IT IS GOOD FOR EVERYTHING. IT IS ACTUALLY SOLD IN OUR LOCAL FRUIT/VEGETABLE MARKETS. WE HAVE THOSE TREES HERE AND I WILL START USING THE FRESH FRUIT IN FUTURE. I HAVE KNOWN OF ALOES BUT HAVE NOT USED IT AS MUCH AS I HAVE NONI.
KEEP UP THIS GOOD WORK. YOU WILL BE BLESSED FOR IT. PEACE AND LOVE.

David, this is wonderful. So wonderful that I posted a brief article at my blog, called "the Relationship of Raw Foods and Inflammation" http://joyfulchoices.com/2010/02/relationship-of-raw-foods-and-inflammation

As I said in my article, I appreciate that you share so much information in such a short time. I hope a lot of my blog readers will want to invest 3 minutes to listen directly.

Thanks,
Joy
