Great Stuff indeed, There’s plenty of Chaga in BC. It’s great being able to supply yourself with all the medicines you need just from a hike in the wonder of nature. Certain Native americans have been using Chaga since ancient times. PLEASE make sure you take only what you need, and leave some on the tree to continue it’s life.

I have been drinking chaga tea for two years, actually the entire familly enjoys it. I have some available for sale if anyone is interested. It is dryed chunks of about 1inch and I will soon have dry grinded chaga also. I harvest only from old yellow birch. I live in northern New Brunswick where there’s lots of wilderness and I’m fare from any big city. I practice a sustainable harvest by taking parts of the mushroom and leaving some on the tree. References are available.

    Hi David,

Thanks for the beautiful work you do for the humanity’s healt. I use Chaga sice 2 month. It’a great super aliment. I whant to do alcool extract but in my city I could find alcool over 100% proof. May I use 40% proof or use gin or rhum? Also may I make vinegar extract to use in salad dressing etc? How to do that? Is it true it’s better to use chaga powder for tea and if we use in cereal or yaourt the chaga dont have any propriety? Someone who sold chaga told that to me.

Sorry for my bad English , I’m french people.

    Thank so lot for reply
