Thanks for this episode. I have been transitioning to a raw vegan diet from a vegan diet. It has been a transition over the past 3 years from an almost totally processed diet to a whole foods diet to a vegetarian diet to a vegan and now a raw vegan diet. I am typically about 50-60% raw just because of the way I eat, but I am finding it difficult moving to a 80% raw diet. I find I have more cravings now than ever before. Perhaps it is just because of the transition. I will take more of the incremental approach and see how that goes over the next 3-6 months. Of course, it’s easier in the summer when fresh, organic fruits and vegetables are more abundant.
