I think my silica supplement has really helped my teeth and their strength. thanks for the information, I also use a tongue scraper.
Zapper – you have mention this several times?
What is a zapper and how do i get one?
thanks. sara
fabulous info, thank you !
Great info. I just wanted to add though as an ex dental assistant I can assure you that a hard tooth brush is damaging to the gums. It’s important to always use a soft bristle brush.

I am not leaving a reply to the dental info even though I thought it was good, but instead I have a question. I am a 55 female whose libido (or horniness) has dwindled a lot. What supplements and or food would you recomend to help this problem? I am a very conscious health individual and have changed my eating habits. This has not helped. I have done some blood work but I do not have all the results back. I am waiting on that just to see if I lack in any of my hormones. I would appreciated any feedback you have on this topic. Thank you.

Very informative info here David! Thanks
Yogi tongue scrapers are great! I use my Frank zapper too ! !!;) lol
And I love using :- tea tree oil, bicarb soda, for my toothpaste. And I sometime swill diluted food grade hydrogen peroxide solution after using wire dental brushes between my teeth;)
Thanks for the info David. I have one big question. I, myself and several members of my family have Von Willbrande’s, a bleeding disorder, just brushing our teeth can make them bleed, flossing is horrible. Do you have any suggestion for us?
I have about 4 teeth that have broken off at the root. I just keep brush with the
healthiest tooth paste that I can find. I have stayed away from teeth implants because
I fear them. Certainly do not want false teeth. Also have been hoping about stem
cells to come thru for those of us who have teeth problelm.
I found a formula online that helps the enamel to grow back. I tried it and I have to tell you that in two weeks the enamel did start grow back from those teeth that had
broken off at the root. I stopped using the formula because the enamel was grow up
ward but what was the enamel going to attach onto? So I quit. I do know that a tooth
that was not broken off at the gum but was sensitive…..I believe that the formula strengthened my teeth, ie, the enamel because it was not sensitive after I used the
formula. I wish I knew what will strenghen the dentin! Some of the enamel has worn
away and I am left with exposed dentin. Do you have any suggesion for strenthening
the dentin.
Thank you for your time. I am a long time health nut. Thank you for all you do to
help us the “natural way”

This is very informative. Thank you. I plan on sharing it with a few people. My big question: What is a zapper?
Great audio guys, thank you. Few years back my wife almost died due to mercury tooth fillings. We got them all removed and she recovered. We went to a holistic dentist, so yes, make sure the dentist you’re going to remove your mercury fillings, knows his stuff, very important for safety. David Wolfe uses spring water to brush his teeth. I hope he doesn’t use Arrowhead mountain spring water, because it has chlorine and 1.4 PPM fluoride in it. Las Vegas water district water in comparison has “‘only” 0.7 PPM fluoride and quite a bit of chlorine (can’t recall the reading off the top of my had on chlorine). I use precision digital meters to analyze liquids, including water. I do brush my teeth with tap water since I installed industrial water filtration in my garage and I get 0 readings for fluoride and chlorine. I hope this info helps. Dave and Truth, keep up the good work. Constantin
David W mentioned he healed his damaged tooth w/ormus of gold. Where can I obtain?
You said in the interview that you can get rid of an absess without a root canal. How? Please let me know as soon as possible as I am scheduled for a root canal in 2 weeks!
hi David,I use Oregano oil to brush my teeth sometimes, what do you know about this practice.thanks, virginia
Good stuff, David. I’m going to dig out my long-neglected tongue scraper tonight and keep some coconut oil in the bathroom for occasional gum therapy — thanks for the tips! I, too, have been a flossing freak for a long time and that seems to be the main thing that has turned my oral health around. I got off commercial pastes (Nature’s Gate, a good one, but still lacking in many respects) about a year ago when I started making my own tooth polish: baking soda, Morton’s pickling and canning salt, 3% food grade hydo perox, aloe vera, and peppermint & anise essential oils. My teeth feel as silky smooth as when leaving the dentist’s after a cleaning! When I’m not brushing with that, I’ll use my water pik with warm water & Bragg’s apple cider vinegar. So far, so good, but I’m always eager to improve the regimen.
David
I’ve been following your work/advice for about 3 years now and want to thank you so much for your continued support of the folks on our (at least once was) beautiful planet.
In the oral care interview you mention “diatomaceos earth” and how bad it can be for the teeth and gums to brush with it. I do not use it but have listened to suppliers of it on youtube that make claims of how wonderful it is to ingest a tablespoon a day because of it being silica. I see other places on line that say the food industry has been using it for years in processed foods. What do you think of ingesting a “food grade” product made of this “earth”?
Thanks again! Trish
What about “diatomaceous earth” for ingesting as a form of silica? Do you recommend it or advise against it???
I was just wondering if anyone like David Wolfe answers all these questions as I’d really like to read the answers. ?? Where is the answer forum?? Thank you
Hi David,
In your Dental Strategies with David Wolfe interview, published on July 18, 2011, you mentioned many times the word “amaskol” or something like that, especially when you had said that you had put it in your cracked tooth. Could you please tell me what was that word? I love your advices about health in general, but sometimes I have questions about what you say because I am not very keen with health terminology. Also, I would like to get a “grounding mattress” (not the mat) or “wireless mattress” (it seems that the foam mattress has toxic gas in it), do you have any advice as to where I can get it? I live in New York. Thanks for everything, you sure are making a difference!

Why ask questions here? David doesn’t answer any of them.
